Join our team in Leuven to bridge customers, product, and strategy — and help shape Predikt's roadmap from the ground up.

We're looking for a sharp, commercially-aware Solutions Lead to become the connective tissue between our customers, our prospects, and our product. On the commercial side, you'll be the product side-kick of our sales team — joining their calls, scoping pilots, and turning vague customer needs into concrete solution designs. You'll also work closely with our customer success team to stay close to how existing accounts are using Predikt, and feed that back into what we build next. On the product side, you'll partner with our Product Manager to drive the strategic roadmap. This isn't a traditional Product Manager role — it's for someone who thrives in the space between sales, customer success, and product, equally comfortable on a discovery call with a Chief Procurement Officer and in a working session with engineering.

About the Role

As Solution Lead at Predikt, you'll sit within the Product circle and work hand-in-hand with our Product Manager, while spending significant time alongside our commercial & delivery team. You'll join prospect and customer calls to uncover real needs — including the vague and unspoken ones — translate those signals into solution designs and pilot scopes, and bring structured market input back into our product strategy.

Beyond day-to-day customer engagement, you'll own the analysis of complex, future-state product opportunities — particularly those that require external partnerships, technical collaboration, or sequencing decisions across multiple workstreams. Together with the Product Manager, you'll shape and pressure-test the strategic roadmap, making sure what we build is both commercially relevant today and strategically positioned for tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Join commercial calls, demos, and discovery sessions to deeply understand customer and prospect needs — including the unspoken and ambiguous ones.
  • Scope, design, and drive pilots from initial framing through execution and learnings.
  • Translate customer signals into structured input for the product roadmap, working hand-in-hand with the Product Manager.
  • Lead analysis and discovery for complex, future-state features — particularly those requiring partnerships or cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build the business case and design the engagement model for strategic partnerships that unlock product capability.
  • Act as the product side-kick to our sales team — supporting proposals, solution design, and tailored demos for shortlisted enterprise opportunities, and showing up alongside sales when product depth is needed in the room.
  • Partner with our customer success team to stay close to existing accounts — surfacing usage gaps, expansion opportunities, and product feedback that informs the roadmap.
  • Co-own the strategic roadmap alongside the Product Manager, balancing near-term commercial needs with long-term product vision.
  • Develop reusable methodologies, frameworks, and templates that let us scale how we engage with customers and prospects.
  • Provide structured market feedback to inform positioning, messaging, and product priorities.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing product, solutions, pre-sales, consulting, or business analyst role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate vague customer needs into concrete solution designs and product input.
  • Strong analytical mindset — you can structure messy problems, build frameworks, and reason about trade-offs.
  • Comfort operating in the ambiguity of an early-stage company: you don't need a polished playbook to make progress.
  • Confident, polished communicator in writing, in meetings, and with senior stakeholders.
  • Genuine curiosity about product strategy and a track record of contributing to roadmap or strategic direction in a previous role.
  • Ability to bridge commercial and technical conversations, even if you're not a deep technical specialist.
  • Self-starter who can scope, drive, and close pilots without waiting to be told what to do.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven platforms, particularly in finance, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise analytics.
  • Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder commercial cycles with long deal timelines.
  • Experience structuring strategic partnerships or third-party integrations.
  • A background that combines consulting or solutions work with product or strategy responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a genuine appetite to use them as part of your daily workflow.
