About the Role
As a Product & Project Manager, you’ll play a key dual role within our product and engineering team, ensuring we build the right product based on customer needs while delivering successful projects that drive business impact.
50% Product Management
You’ll take ownership of product strategy and execution within your domain, ensuring we deliver maximum value to our customers. Whether refining existing features or driving the development of new functionality, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end product management, working closely with the CEO to align on strategy and the CTO to ensure technical feasibility.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap based on market needs and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their pain points and translate them into prioritized projects and features.
- Guide product development from discovery and ideation to delivery, ensuring timely, high-impact results.
- Stay closely involved throughout the implementation, overseeing testing and production releases.
- Build the product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales; secure the flows of communication between those teams so that everyone has the necessary support and information for customer communication and day to day prioritization
50% Strategic Project Management
The other half of your time will be spent driving strategic projects, ensuring they are successfully delivered in line with customer expectations and business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact with key clients, understanding their requirements and aligning project milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, resources, and technical requirements.
- Ensure projects meet their desired outcomes, while adapting to evolving customer feedback and needs.
Growth path
This role is designed to evolve as Predikt grows. By end 2025, you’ll have the flexibility to choose whether to focus on:
- Full-time Product Management, working closely on roadmaps, features, and scaling our product offerings and maybe become our first Chief Product Officer?
- Full-time Project Management, maintaining close contact with customers and overseeing strategic projects that deliver impact and become our Head of Customer Success

Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience as a product manager in B2B Saas or as an experience Finance Consultant : Knowledge of financial planning tools and processes, budgeting, predictive analytics, or enterprise SaaS products is essential to understanding the market and client needs.
- Structured and Organized: You have a natural ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and create clear action plans from complex ideas. You’re curious, autonomous, and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-Starter with Initiative: Comfortable with ambiguity, you thrive in building processes and solutions from scratch and are not afraid to take ownership.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: You understand the importance of listening to clients, translating their needs into deliverables, and ensuring the product and projects create measurable impact.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly with technical teams, C-level stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and expectations are well managed.
- Strategic Thinker: You can connect short-term project goals with long-term product vision, making decisions that balance immediate needs with future growth.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth project and product delivery.
- Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to troubleshoot obstacles while keeping deliverables on track.
- Technical Understanding: While you don’t need to be an engineer, you should be able to understand technical concepts and constraints, ensuring effective communication with the development team.
- Adaptability: In a fast-evolving startup environment, you’re flexible and capable of adjusting priorities as business needs shift.
